IQK's Ian Kennedy has been working professionally as a freelance producer since 2004, and remains available for freelance and part-time production work, in all areas and genres. Ian is a member of the Producer's Forum, the leading production body in the West Midlands.
Ian has worked with four BBC radio stations including Radio 1 as well as community radio stations, prisons and others. He has also now begun to branch out into film, TV and video production, with a specialism in drama, such as short film Agenda Benda. He also has wideranging experience producing for the theatre including three Edinburgh Fringe plays.
With strong technical skills and insight into producing work across the creative industries, IQK offers adaptable freelance assistance to broadcasters and other content producers, and professional support and expertise to independent projects of all kinds - including free initial consultations.
